Recent Workshops 
Transit Standards Consortium hosted a series of teleconference
workshops between  October 23 and December 3, 2002 on topics related to best practices on TRANSIT Spatial Data, GIS, Map Database, and ITS applications that use spatial data. These workshops comprised experts from the transit, spatial data, ITS and GIS industries were well received and helped to illustrate present challenges and address solutions related to transit applications and data management. The results of the workshops are included in the Location Referencing Guidebook.
